Snavely Group And Lynd Begin Construction On 16-Story, Luxury Residential High Rise In Downtown Denver

Cleveland-based Snavely Group, in partnership with San Antonio-based Lynd, have commenced construction on EnV Denver, a 16-story, 224-unit luxury multi-family high-rise building in downtown Denver. Equity for the project is being provided by an institutional investor along with a construction loan provided by KeyBank Real Estate Capital and Capital One Bank.

Located at 1000 Speer Boulevard, the residential tower stands in the heart of the preeminent Golden Triangle neighborhood of Denver and enjoys unobstructed panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains to the west and the downtown Denver skyline to the north. The tower, designed by Denver-based Page Architects and being constructed by Milender White Construction Company, includes a west-facing, 7,000 square foot outdoor amenity deck located on the 6th floor that includes a swimming pool with a spectacular view of the Front Range. The five level parking garage consists of 285 controlled access parking spaces as well as ample bike and ski storage and a dog grooming station. Units will range in size from 485 square foot studios to more than 2,000 square foot three-bedrooms.

There is 8,000 square feet of resident amenity space on the ground floor that includes a fitness club, golf simulator, conference room with videoconferencing capabilities, and a resident lounge. Other building amenities include concierge services, a second resident lounge on the 7th floor overlooking the pool with abundant outdoor seating and entertaining areas featuring multiple grilling areas and a fire pit. Development plans include substantial improvements to an adjacent city park for enjoyment by residents and the Denver community alike.
